TSUZUKI INDIA TEAM

At Tsuzuki India, the Japanese management team and all Indian staff work as one team to develop better services every day. Each individual grows as a creator through the multiplication of Tsuzuki Japan’s Craftsmanship and Tsuzuki India’s Productivity. 

A strong team is important for each individual to have a sense of ownership. We have a general meeting once a month to share our culture with all members of the team. Transparent and honest communication, including with temporary employees, strengthens bonding.

QCD sharing session

The concept of QCD is the basis of the action guidelines of Tsuzuki. At Tsuzuki India, the team with the highest evaluation in QCD action is awarded at the end of each month's general meeting

5s activity

In Japan, there is a concept of 5S as an activity to ensure QCD, and at Tsuzuki India, we commend teams with good 5S activities at the month-end general meeting.

Team Activity

At the monthly general meeting, we hold a QCD quiz competition among teams, including temporary employees, in an effort to disseminate our action guidelines. In addition, team bonding activities are conducted, which are organized by company members.
